I'm Trisha, your neighborhood massage therapist.I’ve spent my career immersed in the wellness industry—shaped by two decades in the dental field and over 15 years as a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist. Through my own journey navigating TMJ dysfunction and personal injuries, I learned exactly how much physical comfort impacts our quality of life, and that’s why I do what I do.I like to take a holistic approach to wellness, so I am equally passionate about creating the restorative space you need to decompress, as well as helping clients address the root causes of tension that often build up in the jaw, neck, shoulders, and back.
